This raises an essential question: why should Africa pay for a crisis caused by <strong>industrial powers<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Africa contributes less than <strong>4% of global greenhouse gas emissions<\/strong>, yet it faces disproportionate threats, including rising temperatures, <strong>droughts<\/strong>, and <strong>flooding<\/strong>.
